    Our premium 3 Entree Buffet Menu so be prepared for a treat. The Beef Tenderloin is by far the superior cut of beef and roasted to medium rare. Substitute Tenderloin for Prime Rib and the Marinated Shrimp Skewers for Seared Salmon Fillets (no upcharge).

    Our most popular menu and for good reason. This 3 entree menu is will be talked about long after it is eaten. Very reasonably priced and worth every cent. $35.00/person.

    Entree 1 - New York Striploin (Chef Carved)

    AAA or above. Studded with garlic and fresh rosemary. Served with mini yorkshire pudding, creamy Horseradish and a red wine sauce.

    Entree 2 - Stuffed Chicken Breast (Signature Dish)

    Boneless chicken breast (1/2 each). Wrapped in maple glazed bacon and stuffed with grilled fresh asparagus and smoked gouda.
